Appropriate healthcare staff (such as clinicians and operational staff that meet with vendors) and their delegates may register for a Scheduler account within the VendorStat application. This account allows them to access all scheduling features and set up and manage appointments with vendors.
Security staff may access a list of all scheduled visits for their facility by host, vendor, or representative, enabling them to validate that an appointment was scheduled, start and end times, and access-level –specific locations.
Vendors only need to schedule at a single contact point – their hosts – and their appointment will be logged and available for confirmation at any VendorStat-enabled security access point to the facility.
