Vendor Registration
As a vendor, registering with VendorStat couldn't be easier. Your registration will enhance your productivity by allowing you to schedule your appointment in advance, reducing your wait times. In addition, vendor administrators can access reports that will improve your business processes and ultimately, your bottom line.
To get started using VendorStat, simply visit
www.VendorStat.com and click on the
REGISTER NOW button. From there, it's a simple, stepped process:
Create a username and select your company. Many vendor companies have already registered with VendorStat, so you may be able to select your company from a simple drop-down menu. Your password is securely delivered to your email address.
Note to Vendor Administrators: You'll have the flexibility of registering all your representatives, or allowing individual representatives to register themselves.
Enter your personal and professional information. VendorStat requires you to enter your name and company contact information along with your driver's license number as an identification mechanism when you arrive for your appointment. Your account is secure and your privacy is assured. Facility staff can only view whether you are fully compliant and your approved access level - no personal information is shared.
Choose the healthcare facility for which you'd like to register. Every participating healthcare facility in the VendorStat network is available from a drop-down menu - and once you input all your information, your profile can be associated with every one and as many as you choose - no need to rekey or resupply information.
Select the level of facility access required. VendorStat makes it easy for you, and the facility, to identify your proper level of access customized access levels.
View the required credentials needed for your chosen facility and access level. VendorStat makes it clear, up front, what credentials are required for that access level - so you know what information, tests, or documentation you'll need to gather before continuing.
Supply the required credentials. Depending upon the credential, you'll either be able to attest to it online with a checked box, upload an electronic document, or fax a document to our Customer Service department.
Provide and verify payment information. VendorStat allows you to conveniently and securely pay online by credit card, and even choose to have your annual payment automatically renewed.
You are registered! You'll receive a confirmation email verifying your status. You can access your VendorStat account at anytime, anywhere you have web access.
